We're all guilty of spending too much time on our phones. It's a common struggle. You can't go more than a few minutes without looking at your phone. You're addicted to checking it, and it doesn't matter how many times you tell yourself not to look at it, you still do. You may not even realize how much time you spend checking your phone--but if we're being honest with ourselves here (and we are), this is one of those things that we all do more than we should. We are unconsciously attached to our phones. We don't know how often we check them or how much time we spend on them, but it is a lot. In today’s episode, we are going to continue our conversation about the relationship we have with our devices and how to lessen the time we spend on them.

What does it mean to open our hearts fully to joy? In this episode, I reflect on the simple, powerful moments that move us to tears — a child’s delight at receiving a puppy, the unconditional love of animals, the beauty of nature, and the ways these experiences remind us of what matters most. Let’s explore how welcoming tears of joy can soften our hearts and open us to a richer, more connected life.
