Some years ago I suffered from a serious burnout. One of the symptoms I experienced was that I felt like I was depressed. At the same time, I knew I wasn’t.  So I read an article in the New York Times about the difference between burnout and depression and I wanted to share some of the information from it with you, in case you are suffering from burnout.
