You are the creator of your reality. You have the ability to manifest what you want in life by focusing on it, just like a magnet attracts metal. It's hard to believe that everything is going to be alright when you're having a bad day. You may feel like the world is falling apart around you, and all your problems are too big for anyone else to solve. Everything will work out, you will be okay. It is important to remember, the sun will rise tomorrow, and you'll see that everything is going to be okay. You will get through this. There is a light at the end of your tunnel, and it will be alright in the end--you just have to keep moving forward. In this episode, we will discuss how changing our perspective on obstacles we encounter can determine the outcome.

Feb 4, 2022

I am always amazed how most of us have more in common than we realize. It can be challenging for us to see that even people who appear to have it all together can be struggling.

When we gift someone with an unexpected kindness, it can be powerful. Maybe this is something you could practice today?
