We're all guilty of spending too much time on our phones. It's a common struggle. You can't go more than a few minutes without looking at your phone. You're addicted to checking it, and it doesn't matter how many times you tell yourself not to look at it, you still do. You may not even realize how much time you spend checking your phone--but if we're being honest with ourselves here (and we are), this is one of those things that we all do more than we should. We are unconsciously attached to our phones. We don't know how often we check them or how much time we spend on them, but it is a lot.
